Guest guest
BlankThanks to all of you who sent me ideas for low point beverages. My favorite suggestion actually came from my scrapbooking group. It is Propel Fitness Water. The funny thing is that iIhad never tried it and it was created - as Gatorade was - at the University of Florida right here in Gainesville ! I got some of the Berry flavor this afternoon and I really like it. It has no aftertaste and it shoudn't effect my allergy. I plan to try a dash of seltzer in it and see if the flavor holds up. Technically you can't count it as water because of the 35mg of sodium and the 10 calories but the whole bottle has 0 points. So here's the scoop. It comes in 16.9 oz bottles and an 8oz serving contains - 10 calories 0 fat gr 35mg sodium Total carbs 3g of which 2g are sugar Nutrition Info Vitamin C 10% Niacin 25% Vitamin E 10% Vitamin B6 25% Vitamin B12 4% Pantothenic Acid 25% Ingredients Water Sucrose Syrup Citric Acid Natural Flavors Sodium Citrate Potassium Citrate Sucralose ( Splenda ) Vitamin C Vitamin E acetate Vitamin B3 Calcium Disodium EDTA Vitamin B5 Vitamin B6 Aseculfame Potassium Vitamin B12 Ginny 260-186-129 Goal for 2004 380 Pages Completed
