Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I feel like I'm at the end of my rope. My little girl has been treated at DuPont since she was 12 days old and we're just so unhappy with the place. I don't know if I'm reacting to care or my personal distress, so I need a reality check here. On Tuesday, when she got her casts off, the doctor never even looked at her feet. He sent in a Physician's Assistant who had never seen Devlin before and then they sent us over to get her DBB. Later, the doctor looked at her wearing the DBB but never looked at her feet. Is it just me, or is this kind of a crucial time to look at the feet? About a month ago we had her at CHOP for a second opinion and we met with Dr. son. He seemed really good. But, I just called CHOP to switch Devlin to them and the earliest appointment they have is over a month from now! Does anyone out there have an opinion (good or bad) about either DuPont or CHOP? I think I'm ready to drive to Baltimore if I have to! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mom to Devlin, `1/7/04 Bilateral Club Feet Casting 1/19 - 3/23 Tenontomy 2/20 DBB 23H 3/23 - Present
