Guest guest Posted October 4, 2007 Report Share Posted October 4, 2007 Jodie I too had an ill fitted STARband that my daughter wore for almost 3 mos time, granted this was 6 yrs ago already, but I remember it all tooooo well. Take a look at Abby's ill fitted STARband, it's in the files section too under " getting a good fit " " Abby " . Your son's pics reminded me of Abby's STARband with it's assymetry, tightness, etc..the good news is, you're on top of it and know better!! (I didn't! grrr). We've had many many ill fitted band stories over the yrs, the good news for you, I can't remember any one of them not being replaced at no charge - they HAVE to replace it for you - you're the customer, you're the parent, you have to be satisfied w/your product and treatment. So don't worry about them not fixing it, have you called yet? Was he scanned or casted? Hang in there, you're doing great!
