Guest guest
, Regarding restaurant food, please keep in mind that restaurants routinely put oil on their foods as that is most people's preference -- order it dry -- stress that you want it grilled without oil and no oil added at any point. Same goes with the vegetables and potato -- places butter or oil the skin of the potato for taste, looks and texture. The better the restaurant, the more likely it is to start with pure ingredients so the easier it will be to have the chef actually cook the food to your specifications. > Hi , > > I think the biggest reason that a lot of foods are not listed as core > in the Dining Out book is that most places add stuff to it...butter, > etc. As long as it is plain, I would count it as core and enjoy!!! > Maureen > > Core Question: when does a meal > cross the line? > > > My wife and I were looking at the Turnaround Program Dining Out > Companion > last night and got to wondering: > > Salmon is a Core food, right?
