Regarding restaurant food, please keep in mind that restaurants

routinely put oil on their foods as that is most people's preference --

order it dry -- stress that you want it grilled without oil and no oil

added at any point. Same goes with the vegetables and potato -- places

butter or oil the skin of the potato for taste, looks and texture.

The better the restaurant, the more likely it is to start with pure

ingredients so the easier it will be to have the chef actually cook the

food to your specifications.
