Guest guest Posted October 2, 2006 Report Share Posted October 2, 2006 the same dang thing happen to me char!!! My surgeon said he had seen alot of cancer and mine look clear to him!!! Oh when I saw hi the following week to tell me the bad news he was very sorry!! I of course was in shock. I had went by my self to the appt. thinking everything was oK! HOw I got home I really don't remember. My hubby was out of town 5 hrs away, Had to call him and tell him. Of course he drove home that same day. I was in shock for most of 2 weeks, My MD Doc gave me some anxiety pills plus some sleeping pills. I spent most of those 2 weeks though getting appts. and Surgery dates and chemo dates.. Don't let them mess with you!!! insist on getting the ball rolling!!! The good news was I was stage 1 but when I went in for node and more tissue removal the fowllowing week They found one node positive so that is why I had to do chemo and radiation!!! Char let all those feeling out! YOu will be angry one minute and scared the next that is normall!!! We are all here for you and all these gals in hear can tell you what to expect!!! I take my last treatment of chemo tomorrow. Then start radiation the 16th and will be done with it the 30th of NOV> We are praying for you to stay strong and know that Breast Cancer is cureable!!!!
