Good low pointere at Italian Restaurants:

-Minestrone generally 2 points per serving

-Salad, dressing on the side

-Spaghetti marinara (Olive Garden's is 8 points for the entire serving)

-Primavera (veggies a little olive oil, sometimes shrimp tossed together)

One thing I'll do if I don't know the restaurant is go to www.dwlz.com

and find other restaurants LIKE it and point out a meal. You can get

pretty close and feel more confident than going in blind.
