1 cup baking cocoa powder

¾ cup margarine, melted (1 ½ sticks)

1 T vanilla

32 oz (1 bag) confectioner's sugar

1 cup chipped nuts

Mash beans, cover and nuke 1 ½ minutes. Add cocoa powder, melted oleo,

vanilla. Slowly add sugar (will get hard). Add nuts. Spray and mash

into 2 8x8 pans. Makes 81 pieces.

You know, I did some traveling in Southern Utah by Capital Reef. There

is a restaurant in a little town just outside Capital Reef that is

nationally known for " bean pie. " It is supposed to taste like Pecan

pie. I will try this. Pretty interesting. Thanks!
