It's VERY good! *** Surprise Fudge 1 can pinto beans, rinsed, drained & mashed (the surprise) 1 cup baking cocoa powder ¾ cup margarine, melted (1 ½ sticks) 1 T vanilla 32 oz (1 bag) confectioner's sugar 1 cup chipped nuts Mash beans, cover and nuke 1 ½ minutes. Add cocoa powder, melted oleo, vanilla. Slowly add sugar (will get hard). Add nuts. Spray and mash into 2 8x8 pans. There is a restaurant in a little town just outside Capital Reef that is nationally known for " bean pie. " It is supposed to taste like Pecan pie. I will try this. Pretty interesting. Thanks!
