My daughter has faithfully worn the band 23 hours, unfortunately

because of her complicated head shape it has not lead to a shorter

time span for us. So my advice is to not count on that but do wear it

23 hours!

As for the sunscreen. I just bought a size 3/4 hat and put it right

over the band.
