5. What motivated you to try the Atkins Diet?I have been on it about 20 years

ago and did very well. How long have you been on it? 1 week

6. What are your current stats? (Beginning weight/current weight/goal weight)

172/168/130

7. How do you plan to celebrate once you reach goal? just have one item that I

haven't been able to have then maybe one time a month

8. What is your favorite lowcarb meal? So far all I have had is just hamburger,

ham, sugar free jello, ready whip I need lots of suggerstions.

9. Other than weight, what is one thing you would change about yourself? To have

more pride in be self

10. What are your interests? Music, movies, entertainment, sports, hobbies, etc:

Cooking, baking(that's how I got this way) shopping and old movies, country

music
