Welcome-

I don't think you have to worry about other therapies yet. My son had

torticollis and was in PT for 2.5 months (from 2-4.5m old) and it

worked wonders on his neck muscles and range of motion. I think the

earlier it is treated, the quicker it is to fix, so it's great that

you are on top of things so early. The therapist will do stretches and

exercises and then you'll have to do the same stretches/exercises at

home, 3-5 times a day. It will consume your life for the duration, but

it will be worth it, and hopefully will do the trick. In the meantime,

you can start working on tummy time if he's up for it. Lay him down so

that his head is looking to his left (the opposite that is

comfortable). He probably won't like it much since it will be tight,

but even a couple of minutes in that position will give him a nice

good stretch in his neck. If he already lifts his head a little,

that's great too, it will build up his neck strength.

Have you started repositioning to help the flat spot? I did not have

any success with repo and my son's flat spot remained (it did improve

slightly, but was severe to begin with and never self-corrected), so

he just got his DocBand in February. I would try aggressive repo for a

while and see if the flat spot improves at all (others have had luck

with it, it just didn't work for us, and the doctors led us to believe

that it would correct itself anyway, but it didn't).

Good luck!
