Guest guest
So here's a question. The Weight Watchers book shows 1 cup of Grapes at 1 point.... Other places, show seedless grapes (1 cuo) as having 114 calories, 0.9g fat, 1.6g fiber that's 2 points. See: http://www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/foods_view/1,1523,53,00.html Another source says that its' only European variety grapes (apparently the ones we typically eat - grown in California) are 114 calories. American varieties are 58 calories per cup. See: http://www.dietbites.com/Fruit-Calories.html I've been counting grapes as 1 point per cup. I take a 1 cup measuring cup and fill it to the 1 cup line (OK, I go a little over) and just munch on 'em. The problem is, I'll do this 2 or 3 times a day... am I undercounting? Do I need to now figure out if I'm eating American or European grapes? What does everyone else do? Mitch
