Guest guest
I have read little of Hashimotos but couldn't wrap my head around it. > Beings that those with Hashimoto's fluctuate, how in the duce can they > manage it? I know being too hyper is dangerous, that I've read. > The general guideline for those who test positive for Hashimoto's is to keep the TSH suppressed to under 1, preferable lower. The idea is to shut off the thyroid and rest it..this is done for two reason's one if the thyroid is not stimulated it lowers antibody production and it is believed you are going to end up hypo anyways so medicating and treating you as hypo now adds a lot more stability.
