Woo ! Yay for you! It sure sounds like you're doing some great things.

How are you feeling? Are you feeling energetic and healthy? Are you feeling

proud? I'm feeling proud of you!

Here are some exercise ideas from little ol' me.

I'm not sure what you weigh, but you want to burn about 200 calories to earn

2 Aps. Since you already have the Wwers workout, you can get 1 that way.

You have a mall to walk at. Mall walk at a brisk pace for 20 minutes for 1

point.

Walk at a slower pace for 40 minutes for 1 point.

Yoga for 20 minutes will earn you a point and feel AWESOME after your Wwers

workout.

Pilates for 20 minutes will also earn you a point and will help your muscles

grow lean and mean!

Lift weights for 20 minutes. They don't have to be heavy weights, just light

weights until your muscles feel fatigued.

Join Curves and get 2 aps per workout! If you really sweat up a storm and

keep your heart rate up, bam you can earn three!
