I am going dust off the treadmill today too. Where's dianne, did you hear that? Hold me to it. I think she comes home today. Ok Robin, we're rolling. I want to change my lifestyle this year to be more healthy in my eating and exercising. This means no slacking off but incorporation of a lifestyle.
