Hey ,

I am starting today. Did you get those lists together? I need to throw out

food and make a run to the store. I hope I can do it.

Hi Jayne! I, too, don't have my Atkin's book available, but I have a couple

of

others. So we can add other tips from other sources. I also have Fran

McCullough's cook book, so I will be posting some nice recipes. I'm with you

on

the exercise too. I am determined to do it!

Ok, a - you can do this! I started my spreadsheet this morning for my

stats.....started at 250. Here we go!

My official weigh in is 193.5. I need a lot of support to do this. I will

be miserable for a week too. I am going dust off the treadmill today too.

Where's dianne, did you hear that? Hold me to it. I think she comes home

today. Ok Robin, we're rolling. I want to change my lifestyle this year

to be more healthy in my eating and exercising. This means no slacking off

but incorporation of a lifestyle. I have not been able to do this for any

length of time before.
