Freezing food

I freeze almost everything especially the baked goods that require so much

time and are so expensive to purchase. I requested and recived a vaccum

sealer for my birthday just after we started the diet. I freeze my muffins

indivually, cookies in groups of about 4 and bread in slices of 2. my 4

year old son who is independent takes them out of the freezer pops them in

the microwave in the wrapper hits the minute button then eats it.

couple of tricks

1. bag the item when it is still slightly warm it traps the moisture

2. nuk it in the bag (the moisture is reasorbed back into the food) if you

take it out of the bag then it will dry out

3. if you do not have a vaccum sealer then double back it to maintain

moisture
