we all have diffrent size babies for whatever reason and 5#6oz isnt that

unreasonable maybe you just have small baby's sometimes people look at size and

think they have the whole story even being 90 pounds larger than i am right now

people just assumed i was a big girl but when it came time to deliver my

pelvis isnt big enough to deliver a baby and I have had 3 c-sections. I am 4

months

post op but doing very well and most would never know I had wls. this is my

second month on clomid ttc, I know it isnt recommended for 8 more months but I

can eat ANYTHING and dont, I dont use protein supplements and have felt

extremely well, never sickly like many, but i lost a baby right before this

surgery

it actually postponed my wls asit wasnt exspected and my kids are having a

hard time getting past it as am I and my hubby is in military and not around

much

so I am taking my chance while I have it, not that I recommend it to others

but we all do what we feel we need to, If you are doing well after your surgery

and dont question your ability to get enough nutrishment for a fetus than go

for it, I know a big thing for me was I wanted to be where a pregnancy was

visible to others I have no doubt at this point that I wouldnt show and thats

exciting for me and each month i get smaller so it will be even more visible.

well good luck to you and what you decide for yourself, your baby didnt have any

conditions did she to make her not get bigger if so you might want to have

closer care but if she was healthy and you were just big thsi surgery will make

all the difference in how you feel about yourself.

again good luck

Kirstin,

Welcome! What medical condition are you talking about??

I am only 14 weeks pregnant, with my very first (was 18 months post op

when I got pregnant), so I can't really answer your questions. My baby is

measuring about 1-2 weeks smaller than it should be, but... that could be

conception miscalculations... so, I'm not real worried and neither is my

ob! :~)

Again, welcome!! And good luck with wls!!!
