Hi Tequisha. My dd is a repo grad and we never wore a helmet, but I

do know that for mos bands, cleaning the inside is best done with

rubbing alcohol. Just clkean it real good with the alcohol and

leave it out in the sunlight to dry. That also seems to help with

the stink from the sweat. HTH
