Guest guest
Arrgh - I accidently posted this before I was done. Anyway, a couple months ago, I decided to take the plunge and try the armour again and just a few days ago, I wrote about how good I've been feeling. So I guess my point is -- which is taking a long time to get to! -- is that everyone here speaks and gives suggestions based on their own experience. It is still the responsibility of the person to take those suggestions and think about how they best fit their own life. Not everything will work for everyone and it's all a " try it and see " thing -- whether you go to a dr or not. When Janie and others first advised me to try the armour again, I was too scared -- and it was still my decision to take their advice or not. But the more I read, the more I learned about treating adrenals/iron too and then I gradually became more open to their suggestions. If I trusted my drs and was feeling well, I wouldn't have been here. But, I personally put a lot more faith in the personal experiences of those who have been through it than a dr who has never dealt with these problems himself. Hope this kinda makes sense!
