I am not certain this applies, but when my dd has eczema outbreaks,

we are told to put 1% over-the-counter hydrocortisone on it. It

typically clears it up within a day. Also, when she was in the

band, she was really itchy and someone suggested oatmeal paste on

her head nightly. We did that and not only did it help with the

itchies, but she smelled a lot better too ;-)
