I had a myomectomy in March of '01, and my GYN was able to remove all but two fibroids. Since then, those fibroids have grown rapidly, and my GYN recommends that I consider having a UAE. I'm 30, and have never been pregnant, but I definitely want to have children. Can anyone out there offer me any advice? Has anyone out there had a successful UAE and was able to conceive thereafter? Or has anyone had complications from a UAE and would not recommend the procedure? My GYN advises me not to undergo another myomectomy, and for obvious reasons, has ruled out a total hysterectomy.
