Guest guest
Hi , been a long time since we last heard from you. I too love those Pogo games. I can play them for hours on hours. I do take time out to watch the Met's play. Do you like baseball? I enjoy watching the Jet's play football. Do you like football? Do you like to read? Sit out side and read a good mystery book. If you live in a single family neighborhood, don't be surprised you don't get through a couple of pages, before a neighbor stops to talk. Try, somehow, to get out and meet people. I have a daughter, who was depressed for a very long time. She took two medicines together, and wound up having a seizure. When she came around in the hospital, she swore off all medicines, and determined no more depression. Yeah, I know you can't understand how that happened. Well, neither I, nor the rest of the family could figure how. But she's a whole person now. NO DEPRESSION. It can be done. Only you can do it. My daughter saw numerous psychologists/psychiatrists etc. for a very, very long time. You must think of yourself as a very worth while person. Love yourself FIRST. We here all are ready and willing to help....Keep in touch more often. This is one big family we've got here, and we all love one another. Make believe I'm holding your hand, and leading you away from your depression....terrible word....into a wonderful life. Hold on tight, it's gonna be a bumpy road, but we'll get there.
