Guest guest
Everyone's different, that's for sure. I work out 5-7 days/week, for 60-90 minutes... both cardio (45-60 min) and weights (15-30 min) and ALWAYS work out on an empty stomach. I find that if I workout after eating (even waiting 1-2 hrs) I feel yucky. And if I drink during a workout, I get side/stomach cramps something fierce. I do take 1000mg of l-carnitine about an hour before I workout & then eat a substantial amount of protein about 30 minutes after the workout (either a protein shake with 28-30g protein or some meat like leftover steak or chicken). The days that I don't work out, I feel like a slug :-( -Marlena >From: brittgower@... >Reply-To: Atkins_Support_List >To: Atkins_Support_List >Subject: Thanks all >Date: Wed, 10 Oct 2001 22:23:21 -0000 > >I will try reducing things that I think might be causing my eczema. >I am going to shoot for the eggs first I think.
