>>>the phrase " low carb " ???? my closest friend and I just want to scream

and cover our ears everytime we hear it. I hate when I buy something low

calorie/low fat and it has " LOW CARB " on the side in six inch letters....and

all those people 'is it low carb? is it low carb?' there's so much more than

low carb!!! Praise WW and its ability to let me eat my

potatoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<<<

I am totally sick of it too. Unfortunately, with my PCOS diagnoses (insulin

resistance), I'm supposed to be eating low-carb or following the glycemic

index (still haven't figured that one out yet). I almost hate to say

low-carb because I don't want to sound like I'm just jumping on the

bandwagon. I think I'll say high protein instead, but I don't know why I'm

complaining...I don't eat that way anyway. (sigh)
