Strawberry facts, please ...

Hi everyone. I haven't introduced myself (I'm Sandy), and, honestly, I

don't want to start out talking too much, because that always seems to

jinx me. I brag about how I'm going to do so great, crash and burn in

the next few days or weeks, then slink off in shame and embarrassment.

So, I figure that THIS time I will ask my questions when necessary, hold

my brags and self-aggrandizement, so that when I feel myself skidding

wildly out of control I won't be ashamed to call out for help.

That said, could someone please tell me the proper way to measure

strawberries? I usually stem them, cut them in halves or quarters, drop

them in a measuring cup until I have 1-1/2 cups, and then munch away.

This sure feels like a lot of strawberries! Ah, I wish they would just

tell me how much they should weigh. Anyway, am I doing this wrong?
