I think that if you join the wwcore group on Yahoo, you can find the

Core foods lists in their files sections.

This site was up last time I checked (which was about 2 minutes ago.)

The foods are even listed by Brand Name. Just click on the link and

then click on the " Core Plan " button.

Is there a list of Core foods somewhere on the Internet. I do not
