I didn't make it to the gym - I did manage to get dressed and thought I was gonna go, but kept getting real dizzy This is NOT gonna help the situation!

My eyeballs are burning, I'm losin' my voice and I'm coughing and sneezing like crazy. LOL Mikey says I'm "burnin' up" but I can't feel it and natually have no idea where the darn thermometer is! grrrrr! I just can't believe how fast this hit me! I didn't feel too bad yesterday, just a little tickle and then to get up to this??? sheesh!

This is Mike's fault! LOL - he was supposed to be home this week and at the last minute we find out that the Ford plant was still taking loads up to today so he kept going (that's the good news LOL) - he wanted me to meet him last night to pick up money. Well, he knew how bummed I am over this darn gain so when I got there he tried to make me feel better in his own twisted little way haha! The man can drive me batty & most days I'd just like to kill him, but after 27 years of marriage he can still make my knees buckle with just a kiss

Well, I show up and he jumps out of the truck and he plants this kiss on me and then says "there!! now you can be horny and fat" gee....thanks?? LOL (you have to know his warped little mind to know that was his way of making me smile) LOL I'll admit I he did make me smile, but now I realize he was just makin' me sick so he could feel better hahaha!

My neighbor is a sweetie though....she called to see what we were going to be doing since Mike is gone and I told her I'm going to stay in a nyquill induced coma tomorrow and pray this will go away!! So she said she wants to send plates over for me and Mikey - that is so nice of her! Mikey will more than likely eat both plates while I sleep the day away haha!

The good news is I don't have much of an appetite for anything but soup so hopefully not making it to the gym tonight won't hurt me too badly.
