Guest guest
Hi Pieshan- I think he looks great! I looked back at his " before " pictures you had posted earlier and I can totally see why you're happy with his head shape now even though the numbers might not reflect a " good " cephalic index (I remember your post from the other day). I really do like measurements overall, but I think it's best that we don't always rely solely on them to judge our satisfaction with the band. We should be happy with what we see too! So way to go! I think he looks great! Jake-19m (tort resolved/rt plagio/DOCBand 8 weeks) Jordan-4 > > Hi, > > I had just post some photos of my son, . Guest guest
I agree that there is obvious improvement. I think one thing that we should remember is that there is also some genetics involved in the head shapes of our babies. My son is also with sever brachy, according to the measurements, but I do not really think it looks that obvious. So for now I am just doing my best repositioning, and if by 6 months (another 3 weeks) I do not see improvement we will band him. The things is that I am looking at my head and my husbands head, and we both have heads that do not have a lot of curve, but I never really noticed it until now. I know that my son's head is never going to be perfect, just like you, I want to get it to a point that I am happy with it, and I do not think it looks obviously wrong. Also, I strongly believe (and I ready some articles about that) that you will probably see even more improvement once he starts walking, etc. All the best to you and your little one. And graduated after 11 weeks. His CI changes from 96.2 to 93.6 only. Our Ortho asked us not to look at the measurement; as long as we feelgood about his head shape. To tell you the true, my husband and mewere really suprised by the measurement yesterday, as both of us feelhappy with head shape. His head will always look wide on top, and the head height is theretoo. You can tell that his head is not perfect when you look from thefront. You can also check his before photos at our plagio baby A, name Y. Before the band, his head are really flat at the back, now, we cansee some curve. We are happy. :pPeishan ( - Brachy - DOC Grad 04/07/08)> Hi,> > I had just post some photos of my son, .
