Guest guest
Hello, First of all, we have to thank everyone in this group. We have been reading the posts and looking at the pictures in the last few weeks. The stories and experiences have greatly reduced our own anxiety and provided the comfort of a community. Thank you ! We live in Toronto, Canada and our son, is just under 6 months. We noticed the flatness on the left side of his head when he was just under 2months and took him to Sick Kids hospital. The staff was very helpful and we were told to do 'tummy time' as well help him sleep on one side using a prop. In the last couple of months the situation has not improved significantly and now we have been advised that he needs a helmet. We are scheduled to take him to Sick Kids next week and we were wondering if there was anyone in this group who may have been (or is) in a similar situation and would willing to share their experience with us, particularly with regards to the procedures in Toronto (Sick Kids or another hospital), choices (if any), experience with insurance companies etc. Thanks again, Anca, & Saurabh
