Guest guest
Does anyone know if the maltodextrin in this product is GF? The rest of the ingredients look ok, but won't buy it unless I'm sure. This stuff gets too expensive to buy. then call and then not be able to use. Someday I'll take a weekday off of work and go to the store with my cell phone to call the companies while I shop ;-) Thanks, Cherri
Guest guest
Yes, it's gfcf. Tastes great, too. And during our early gfcf diet days, I did take my cell phone to the grocery store with me! > Does anyone know if the maltodextrin in this product is GF? .... Guest guest
I personally contacted Tofutti last week and posted the message I received from them, if you would like me to send it to you privately let me know. The maltodextrine is from corn, but because of outside resources for flavorings they will not 100% guarantee that their products are gluten free, rather they only say they do not add any gluten in their ingredients what so ever.
