Guest guest
I have a quick quiche recipe that I make all the time. It's very easy, SBD compliant and delicious! My co-worker who is not losing weight loves the smell of it and made it for her and her hubby's dinner the other night. Here is the recipe: 8 eggs 2 cups veggies of your choice 1 cup half & half 2 cups low fat cheese spray a 8x8 or 9x9 pan with olive oil. Mix all ingredients together and dump in pan. bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 4 pieces. Enjoy! Ann, I'm on my 3rd day of Phase 1, and I'd LOVE to have your quiche recipes, if you don't mind posting them! Thanks! Blessings, Carol --------------------------------- Yahoo!
