Well, it's been awhile since I posted. I really was floundering there in

the ocean for awhile :) but am back on the beach! I had originally lost

about 25 lbs., then we moved and I just couldn't get back on track. SB is

the only diet that has ever worked for me though. I feel great when I'm on

it.

I need to lose about 50 lbs. I'm 193 right now and want to be between 145

and 150. I'm 5'7 " with a larger frame (big boned ;)

I have the original book and from what I remember, there were some changes

in the new editions, right? If so, anyone want to let me in on them?

Anyway, glad to be back with everyone.

Technically, there is only one edition of the actual book. Realistically

speaking, later copies of the first edition did have a few minor changes but

to get the updates you need go no further than the SBDGIR file area!

The file area for this group has all of the most up to date foods to

enjoy/avoid lists, including the latest vegetarian lists. There is also a

section that has the blurbs on the formal updates as well.

Thank you . I will check the files. I do find a lot of good recipes

online for southbeach, even if they aren't southbeach, I modify them to fit.
