Guest guest
Hello all - Havnt been in here in a bit!. I had taken my daughter to see the pead at hospital and he did everything in his power to please me with answers altho i was not all taken in by this!. When i asked about the helmet for my daughter he said there was no point in even bringing it up into the conversation as i am here i will tell you now NEVER get a helmet for your child because at the rate the skull grows is diff in each and every child and the helmet could restrics normal growth aswell as abnormal growth causing in swelling of the brain - Did anyone else hear this from a paed or child specialist?. Now my daughter is 9months old and nothing was said or done till now i went and demanded she was checkd and now i have to take her to the heath visitors once a week for her head 2 be measured ALSO once every two weeks to our local gp for her head to be measured - GP measured it at 47cm where the pead at the hospital measured 40cm the week before that it was 41cm. at this moment in time i have sereous issues about how much these specialists and gp's also the health visitors actualy know about ANYTHING!!!
