Guest guest
It's good that you try to eat eat every 4 hours. I should adhere to that also. And you should try to have some protein each time you eat because that will help prevent the wide up and down swings of your blood sugar. Insulin has no reaction to protein. M. Re: Insulin resistance (wasRe: High TSHw/Armour And I didn't even have anything else with it, and drained the fat off of it, lean cut of meat, etc. Do you suppose it caused a major outpouring of insulin? It's better than having that constant 110 I was having during the worst hypo, but still seems too low for having eaten a meal like that. Wonder what it would have been had I not eaten for 10 hrs. I've done that twice, but it was a nightmare. Felt like my eyes were going to bug out, and I felt very strange. This is why I never go without eating for more than 4 hrs, except when I first get out of bed, but I know that I should eat a little something within a couple of hrs after rising, I'm just never hungry at all when I get up. Yet, if I wait for around 6 hrs after rising, I get very sick feeling. I've been thinking there's got to be something strange about that.
