Hi everyone!

I'm Dawnyel, 5'4 " and 255 lbs, the past 4

months I've went from 275 to 255. I'm loosing weight on my own, but I just have

a

very hard time keeping it off. I also have diabetes and high blood pressure.

My grandma died of heart disease when she was 66, she had arthritus in her

back and became immobile when she was 38. She also had type 2 diabetes, and was

morbidly obese My Father is in his 50's and has recently become immobile due

to chronic arthritus in his back. He is also morbidly obese.

I did WW when I was in 5th grade and lost 10lbs, I put it

right back on, I guess it wasn't really my idea and I wasn't the one working to

loose it. We also did JC when I was 18. I went from 230 to 170, and by the

time I got married in 2004 at 19yo, I was 240 again. 4 months after we got

married I was 265 and got pregnant. Two months later I lost the baby and I was

275. By the summer of 2005 I was 295.

I can loose weight super super fast, but I just can't keep it

off and it piles back on faster than I loose it. I've been teetering between

255 and 259, I'm limiting how much I eat and taking leftovers home at

resturants. I feel I'm doing fantastic, but my stomach is just growling as I

type.

I'm going to ignore it and loose 2 more pounds though in the morning.
