Anne, You wrote this and it really concerns me.

Also, sometimes I am flapheadded and, when in a bank or something and see hard

candies lying out, I forget and pop one in my mouth. . .

Back to Day 1!

You don't have to re-start P1 from the beginning when you slip up, especially

when we're talking about a piece of hard candy. It's a minor infraction, not an

all-out binge.

To me, the beauty of SBD is that I don't have to be perfect! yeah!! I can

mess up and not beat myself up over it. I can go back on whatever phase I'm on

and not worry about re-starting from day 1.

How much weight have you lost since you started P1 and how long have you been on

P1, including your little slip-ups? It seems like it's been longer than 2 weeks

for you and with the little weight you want to lose, it's just not healthy to

stay on P1 very long.

Please let go of trying to perfect your SBD. It doesn't have to be that way and

I think you're making it harder on yourself than it needs to be.
