Guest guest
Thanks Darlene. Yes, I do have those lights, I even have to use them during wet, cloudy periods in the summer, without them I can't function at all. They do alleviate a lot of the problem but not entirely. dpauls wrote: : They make lights that you can use to alleviate some of this lack of sunshine winter problem. Have you tried that? They even have an alarm clock with one of these lights, so when it wakes you up this bright sunshine light comes on. Our daughter has one. Darlene in St. Louis -----Original Message----- From: Barss Since overeating can be one of the symptoms of depression I would suspect there is a connection. I suffer from depression and it gets lots worse in the northern winter months because of the lack of light and all I feel like doing is eating and sleeping all winter. I don't have a problem doing WW right now, but the real test will start in a month or so.
