Poor boy. I hope he heals fast. Babies are amazing that way. Also if

you do have it off for a week I would go back to the ortho before

putting it on and make sure the fit is okay (he may grow a lot during

the week).

Even though he is almost 1 year you really do have time. Don't worry.
