Guest guest
I had my MRIs today. Their's growth on both ANs and a new tumor on the nerve that controls swallowing. Then 2 new spinals. Dr. Duma at Hoag Hospital is going to do Gamma Knife in a couple of weeks. He has a really good record and we really like him. He's going to use Cyberknife on my spine when they start to cause problems. I hate that whole "follow up in 6 months" thing. But I think it was a great appointment because I don't have to have "real" surgery. Yay! Olivia
Guest guest
Olivia, Don't look upon that "follow up in 6 months thing" as something negative. We see it as a 6-month reprieve where you can get on with your life. How much have your AN's grown, and what size are they now ? We're keeping everything crossed for you. Guest guest
Sorry about the extra tumors Olivia.....but glad they are doing something right away! Have they said whether your being pregnant may have attributed to the new tumors?? When was your last MRI? Carol had MRIs today I had my MRIs today.
