Guest guest
I have been reading about how to protect small items you handle at home, like the remote, after RAI. It occurred to me just as I was trying to fall asleep that you could put remotes, etc in a lg zip lock type bag and then throw it away when it was safe to handle again. I will probably be having RAI in mid August. I live alone and have been thinking about how to protect some of my stuff so I won't have residual radioactivity to worry about. I also think I will put plastic under my mattress pad on the bed. The pad is old, so I can throw it away after along with the plastic and have a new pad to put on. Should make the crinkliness (is that a word??) much less. Also disposable dishes, etc. Any other thoughts out there? Penny in Reno, up in the middle of the night yet again
