Guest guest
Hi , I have a similar problem. I live with a husband and 2 teens! My husband is from Scotland, and enjoys a meat and starch diet, and he is quite slender I might add. And of course the teens will happily eat any variety of junk food, although they both really like veggies, so that¹s helpful. Here¹s the kicker... My husband is a chef, and can create some wonderful dishes, but sometimes they are FAR from WW friendly. Here¹s our solution. I bought some great WW cookbooks, and a few others, and then we started looking at recipes that would fit all of our needs. There are some fantastic recipes out there that my husband is happy with, and are lower points for me. :-) The one that comes to mind straight away is the WW Shepherd¹s pie. He loves Shepherd¹s pie anyway, and the WW recipe reduces the fats and calories for me. Hooray! If we are having a higher point food for dinner, I make sure that I eat a bigger salad, or take more veggies. It¹s just so darn easy for me to slip and eat a larger portion... Not much in the way of will power, so I have to fill the plate up with LOTS of veggies. Cheers, Holly on 9/6/04 11:40 PM, Kellogg at tiffanykellogg@... wrote: > Hi All.
