Guest guest
I can pretty much eat anything including non-mushy stuff all I have to keep reminding myself is to chew everything up to the max. To be honest by the time you finish doing that you don't really feel like eating anything else anyway. My mushy stage is full of scrambles eggs that eventually get not so runny, meat with sauces, weetbix for breakfast, and soups that are very chunky with lots of vegies. I even had a raw apple today and after chewing it heaps it went down ok. I can't say that I've brought any food back up so to speak. I heard that meat & doughy breads are the worst & I've had no probs with either but, I make sure to Chew, chew CHEW!! I can't say that itchy skin is an issue for me. Oh I should remind you to make sure you take your measurements as you might not lose ont he scales but you body will still be changing shape. For example, I have lost 28 cms off my waist!! Anyway, take care & try not to have too many last suppers!! To Sue from Karin > That is an amazing loss Sue, I really, really hope I have such > success. I have 52 days to " weight " .
