Guest guest Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 I've been at this almost a year now and I still haven't really decided when I should take the yogurt, pro-biotics and vitamins. I've been taking the yogurt and the three pro-biotics at the same time but then I wonder if they are eating each other? Is it better to space them out? and if so, with food or without? My doc said to take the vit, D3 with meat because it needs fat to work but the drops are already in olive oil. I've been taking all of my vitamins with dinner at the same time.
