Guest guest
I found Tofutti cheese slices at Healthy Approach in Colleyville, TX. I am really glad I did because we had used the Soymage and my son refused to eat it. The tofutti looks and smells more like real cheese. I used the mozarella slices to make pizza. Turned out pretty good.

Guest guest
I'm a big cheese person! Lately, I've been dining on Havarti, Gouda, & Muenster. The packages all say " Naturally Lactose Free " . The brand I've been using is Finlandia, which is an imported cheese. It's very very tasty! Guest guest
Do you have questions on particular cheeses?Well, not really. There are just tons that aren't mentioned in BTVC that probably are still legal. Is Gruyere cheese legal? I think it's aged for many months, or maybe even years...
