I made the following sweetener blend and have been using it as a sub for

regular sugar in most recipes with excellent results:

Combine in equal parts:

Splenda (www.splenda.com)

Ultimate Sweetener (granulated xylitol - buy through Miss Robens)

Fructose

Beet or cain sugar

So far I haven't had to make any special modifications to recipes like

lowering the oven temperature or adding anything extra. This won't make

recipes sugar free by any means, it's just an easy way to reduce the

amount of sugar in recipes without altering the end result too much.
