That is definitely true. Last year in preschool 's teacher suggested

them to me and wrote out a couple of scenarios for me so I would know how to

do them. Since loved routine and HATED change these seemed to help

him. Ex. Today we are going food shopping because I need to buy milk and

bread and then we will go to the bank so I can get some money then we will

drive to grandma's house so we can say hi and give her a hug and then when we

leave her house we will drive home.

I would repeat this several times so he would be prepared for the day and not

have a meltdown and it did work.
