I think is right. My son had his first chocolate chip cookie in 9

months on Christmas Eve and he couldn't keep his hands off of them. I didn't

start introducing the sweet stuff for awhile because he definitely could

taste the difference. Now he loves almost everything I make for him.

look in the archives and if you can't find it I'll post it for you. They are

great. I made them for my son and my brother was over and had one and

couldn't even tell the difference.

I bought GFCFSF chocolate chips from Paskez company. I have so many bags of

them. They taste pretty good too, but the cookie thing just does not thrill

Sal. I might have to try and find some cookies already made. Maybe that

will help. Maybe Pamela's. The ginger and chocolate chip might be nice for

him, they have minimal amounts of soy, should be okay.
