Guest guest
Hi , Sigh of relief, we found out that the manual measurements our ortho (or subsitute ortho) was taking were completely wrong. My daughter's head has improved and her cephalic index is actually 80 according to the new scan. I think now I mostly concerned about her facial asymmetry, and realize now that it is all tort related. She did get a new band free of charge. I ended up calling corporate to ask questions, and must have talked to the right person. However, now I'm sure our Denver orthotist is furious with me for calling and raising any " red flags " about her. Her new band is from Chicago, and now I'm torn about whether to travel (given the helmet she previously had made positive changes) Of course, I don't know if I could go back to our Denver ortho if I even wanted to! She might not take us back! Will you refresh my memory, did your child have torticollis as well? Hope you had a wonderful trip and great holiday.
