Guest guest Posted February 13, 2004 Report Share Posted February 13, 2004 The only way around that would be difficult indeed as you would need to supply him with water he could use that is chlorine free or what he is used to at home to rinse with after showers etc, very bulky and difficult. He needs to tell the hospital that he is reacting to there water supply and the high chlorine content and ask for options. If they have facilities for a bath etc they may be able add something to neutralise the chlorine so that he can have baths instead and see if that helps relieve the itch.
