Guest guest
OK, Janie, I checked the naturethroid bottle and one grain of naturethroid is exactly 64.8 mgs. Hope this helps Sim
Guest guest
Very interesting. Now we need to figure out the mgs. of T4 and T3 in it. OK, all you math oriented folks--if 60 mgs. of Armour contains 9 mgs. T3 and 38 mgs T4, what does that equate to if you have 64.8 mgs (and assuming we are not figuring mgs. of extra ingredients)? Guest guest
My Naturethroid bottle is a white bottle with brown lettering, R.S.J. Labs, Time Caps Inc., Farmingdale, NY, distributed by Western Research Laboratories, 64.8 mg, and does not say what proportion of T4 and T3 it has in it. However, the information is on the insert inside the bottle, getting it now-------38 mcgs of T4 and 9 mcgs of T3, so I would say that they are also considering the amt of fillers and such in the tablet. I guess this company decided they would be precise and include it all in adding it up. More than likely Armour just doesn't include all this in on the amts, or their fillers may not weigh as much or take up as much space in the tablet as Time Caps does, do you think?
